What are the top 3 memories from the year 2018?

There are so great experience to remember for 2018, however what was great :
a) A exclusive stay at Elysium Spa ressort in Rhodes Greece, so exquisite so relaxing too.
b) A marvellous foodie lunch at Margot restaurant in London.
c) A wonderful dinner at Tulus Lautrek stared restaurant in Berlin, Germany.

What is that one place who you’d want to visit again especially for the food choices it offers.

I want to visit again Lipari in Sicilia as Sicilian food there is so top. Local producer love what they do with respect of the tradition. Anyway nearly anywhere in Italy you find great tasty food, except perhaps in Rome where it is not the best Italian city for foodies to my experience.

Does flight-delay piss you off? How you cope up in that situation?

More you travel more you experience flight delay. I try to stay zen, not easy when you miss a fly connection. For long flight I prefer Business class and enjoying VIP Lounge as this make delay more easy to handle.

Do you have a bucket list? If yes, what are the top 2 things on it?

I got a bucket list and particularly on it I wish to visit Tokyo and eat in one of the top sushi restaurant. And as second on my list will be to have one month sailing to visit all the most unknown Greek islands.

We surely know you’re an adventurous junkie, tell us one sport you love the most.

What I love the most is sailing in hard weather condition on a race sailing boat.
