MG Cellars makes key appointments to continue its exciting growth in the Asia Pacific market

Hong Kong-headquartered MG Cellars has appointed a new Regional Director for the Asia Pacific market, as the company strengthens it position as a significant player in the global travel retail industry.

Billy Man, whose previous experience includes key roles at Remy Cointreau, Distell, Gucci and the DFS Group, will be responsible for MG Cellars’ business objectives in the Asia Pacific travel retail and domestic markets.

His most recent experience includes a position as a Consultant/Senior Manager for Distell and, prior to that, he was Regional GTR Director – Greater China for Remy Cointreau/Maxxium.

 

 

Billy will be supported by Tony Wong, who has been newly-recruited as Key Account Manager for the APAC region. Tony will be based at the Hong Kong office and brings a wealth of experience to the MG Cellars team, having worked in domestic retail, managing key accounts in Hong Kong and Macau for over 15 years.

MG Cellars has a broad range of wines and spirit brands in its TR portfolio, four regional offices, a Hong Kong-based bonded warehouse and a distribution network across 45 countries.

It owns the Chabot Armagnac brand and its distribution portfolio includes Loch Lomond Scotch whisky, Reignac, Inniskillin, Halewood’s Whitley Neill Gin.
